The process produces little to no toxic gases, chemical discharges, water pollution or any other typical release characteristic of the Biodiesel process. Tellus Renewable Diesel responds with high standard to local, State and Federal environmental concerns, both domestically and internationally. Tellus Renewable Diesel fuels are low-emission fuels and are EPA and IRS registered.

There are many infrastructure benefits. Tellus Renewable Diesel meets ASTM 975 and ASTM 396 specifications and can be used within current diesel distribution infrastructure. Also have the same performance characteristics and limitations as no. 2 diesel. There are no solvent effects on hoses, gaskets, o-rings, and seals. It can be run in all vehicles, including 1994 and older without modification to engine and fuel systems. Tellus Renewable Diesel has no detergent effects found in Biodiesel on older model fuel lines and fuel systems.
